It is signed lower right. M. E. VAN epps. On the back of the newer frame has the label for Tru veu glass and has the Alice Carroll Galleries label. It was made for the 2980"s Olympic games in LA.
The mixed media is in great condition and measures 31 1/2" X 39 3/4". The frame, which has just a few scuff marks to the edge measure 43 3/4" X 52 3/4". Be sure to look at the photos.
