This is one solid piece and very heavy! Many carved solid burlwood components. There is one permanent shelf in the center and one adjustable shelf. There are holes and fittings for an additional adjustable shelf, but only comes with one. One set of double doors at bottom open to reveal an open cubby. Perfect for extra stackable storage. This piece could serve as a media center as well. Three holes drilled at back for easy electrical access.
