A lot of people see the wise man as a person to follow, or even worship, mold their life after, even more so than the Buddha or spiritual leader. Dehua Porcelain more traditionally known in the West as Blanc de Chine, is a type of white Chinese porcelain, made at Dehua in the Fujian province. It has been produced from the Ming dynasty to the present day. Dehua Porcelain Is the very top tier of porcelain works and can be distinguished from others by the fine details in the work giving it lifelike features. The statue or figurine has the very best fine details of any statue I have ever seen and is in excellent like new condition. It has one small very tiny chip on the very back bottom of the statue that is not noticeable while it is standing up and only slightly noticeable when looking at it. It is highlighted at pen point in the last picture. The French blown glass dome is not included with the statue it’s just how I had it displayed and for presentation purposes. less
