The French Pop Art poster is published by Willi's Wine Bar Paris, printed in France in 1989 by Atelier D'Art Michel Caza in an unnumbered limited edition. It features a Pop Art Postmodern style artwork image created by the artist Wayne Ensrud.

Internationally acclaimed artist Wayne Ensrud has well earned the incomparable title " Artist of the Wine World " given to him by The Baron Phillipe de Rothschild. He is a classically trained artist and student of famous artist educators Ben Shahn and Josef Albers. Willi's Wine Bar an atmospheric bistro located in the heart of Paris was founded in 1980 by Mark Williamson with a deep fondness for Rhone wines decidely unfashionable at the time, and ever since much to general astonishment, the establishment has been going strong with international renown. Every year since it's opening Willi's creates an original commissioned limited edition poster designed by a different artist to celebrate the pleasure there is to be found in wine, in the sharing and enjoyment of it. The posters are an ode to wine and the vine and the art de vivre that goes with it.

The rare out print large format framed French Pop Art poster print measures 27" w X 39 3/4" H X 1" D. It is period custom framed with plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern pistachio fern green metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in excellent condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " very clean vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. There is some overall light signs of wear to the frame molding, and some visible scuffing and wear to the frame finish lower bottom corners. Please see photos for condition reference.
