Clock face has roman numerals in brass contrasting against a black background and framed with walnut wood on the outside and topped with a decorative brass ring finial. No mark found but most likely American-made from the 1960s. The German-made Voltra battery-operated clock movement does not work so new owner will have to install a replacement movement. Plenty of affordable battery clock movements are available for purchase online. less
