It is a true work of art that you can spend hours just admiring all the intricate details put into it, and had to be from a master silversmith. The blades spin easily and freely. There were a few different designs made by the silversmith in Israel at the time and are now very rare and sought after collectibles.the cap and blades come off of the tower and the top of the tower has some denting but the cap fits on snugly and comes off easily. It is marked Sterling 925 Made and Israel on the base. Since most people have different preferences on patina and looks I do not polish or clean up any of my silver items, to allow the person that’s going to get to keep it to choose it’s look and condition.
