Antique French Louis XVI Giltwood Marble Top Console with Trumeau Mirror is a graceful way to adorn an entryway, hall or stairwell landing! Consisting of a demilune marble top console below and a tall trumeau with generously sized mirror above, it comes in two parts with easily removable marble for transportation ease. A romantic sepia appears at the top, surrounded by stylized shell motifs and a finely sculpted framework, which extends down around the generously sized mirror. The trumeau is designed to rest on the beveled marble, which is supported in turn by the demilune framework designed to be mounted to the wall and supported by two elegantly scrolled cabriole legs. The gold finish highlights the carved detailing on the mirror, and especially the shell, floral and folaites on the apron and legs below.
