Stamped brass plaque indicating this wire spool punch or straightener was operated by local steel manufacturer, Rocky Metal Metal Products, this was vetted by maintenance building superintendent who has overseen all of the buildings on this property for nearly 50 years! Automatic punch manufactured by F.J. Littell Machine Company, Chicago, circa 1930s - 1940s.
