This lamp features an opaline glass shade on a metal foot by Dutch designer Aldo van den Nieuwelaar. This floor lamp is one of his classic designs. This light, model A251, was part of a series consisting of three models: two table (A250 and A252) and a floor lamp. They were produced by Artimeta the Netherlands in 1972. This floor lamp is an original model from this year and an extremely rare piece. Not many were made and we have never seen one for sale before. It is a unique and rare piece of Dutch design.
