Front center leg shows some wear from use (see photo) and a dark stain on the top surface that's not too distracting (see photo). Also the two interior drawers on the right are a bit too close to each other causing one to move when the other is pulled out ind pushed in. Possibly a very simple fix via sanding the top edges of the bottom drawer down just a bit so it doesn't make contact with the bottom of the drawer above it. less

There are … more Very rare credenza designed by Kip Stewart for Directional from the maker's Gallery V line during the 1960s. There are a number of striking design details worth noting including the decorative hinges supporting the doors, polished chrome pulls that look like a guitar's tuning pegs, two bifold doors with sharp beveling on the top edges and a stretcher base. The design, shape and scale of this credenza gives it a very stately presence. Extremely rare piece of mid century modern design!
