Houses is an original etching on brownish color paper realized by Leo Grimm (1889-1916). Hand-signed on the lower right in pencil. In good conditions. The artwork is created through intense black by delicate strokes, characterized by a well-balanced composition and well-defined applying of shadow and light, mysterious and melancholic atmosphere which created a strong feeling of the scene. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
