This Keith Haring Estate rare vintage 1991 offset lithograph print collector's iconic Pop Art poster " Radiant Baby " 1989, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Pop Art poster print is published by Nouvelles Images S.A. Editeurs / Lombreuil France, printed in 1991 in France in an unnumbered limited edition with the authorized licensed rights of The Estate of Keith Haring. It features an untitled " Radiant Baby " artwork image originally created by Haring in 1989, copyright Estate of Keith Haring 1991.
This is a rare opportunity for true Keith Haring fans and collectors as this coveted image Pop Art poster print is long out of print and very scarce to find. The official " KH " Estate seal of authenticity is printed on the poster.
Keith Haring ( 1958 - 1990 ) was an incredibly vibrant American artist and social activist who's artwork responded to the 1980's Street culture by expressing concepts of birth, death, sexuality, and war. Haring's work was often heavily political and his imagery became a widely recognized and iconic visual language of The 20th Century. His close friends and inspirational contemporaries included Andy Warhol, Jean Michel Basquiat and Madonna, all of whom he collaborated with in his lifetime. Artworks by Haring are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.
The " Radiant Baby " is the tag of Keith Haring. He said of the baby, " Babies represent the possibility of the future, the understanding of perfection, how perfect we could be. There is nothing negative about a baby ever... The reason the baby has become my logo or signature os that it is the purest and positive experience of human existence. "
The rare out of print collector's Pop Art poster print measures 23 5/8" W X 31 1/2" H. It is printed on high quality smooth finish premium paper stock with vibrant ink colors in a matte eggshell finish.
