This artwork "European City Scene" c.1970 is a watercolor on paper by American artist Stan Beckman, born 1933. It is signed at the lower right corner by the artist. The image size is 15.5 x 15.75 inches, framed size is 25 x 25 inches. Custom framed in a red oak frame, with light green color matting. It is in excellent condition.
About the artist:
Stan Beckman was born in Philadelphia in 1931. He attended and graduated from the Philadelphia Museum School of Art. He traveled intensively around the world painting on site the scenery of numerous cities. Using watercolor in his early time, then after 1972 switching mostly to acrylic on canvas. The work of Stan Beckman is held in numerous collections worldwide. less
