- Some age-related rust scattered throughout the lamp and there are various spots showing loss of the black finish. One of … moreSome age-related rust scattered throughout the lamp and there are various spots showing loss of the black finish. One of the three sides of the triangle base has black electrical tape wrapped around it and this is the side where the cord is coming out from. I'm not sure if this is a cosmetic thing or if the tape was used to conceal exposed wiring on the cord. The wire mesh (netting) on the three cone shades look to be completely intact with no breakage. less
