This Andy Warhol Foundation rare vintage 1993 lithograph print large custom framed Pop Art poster " Two Golden Mona Lisas " 1980, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The lithograph print Pop Art poster is published by Te Neues Publishing Company, New York and Achenbach Art Edition Duseldorf, printed in Germany in 1993 with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. It features an artwork image originally created by Warhol in 1980 titled " two Golden Mona Lisas ", collection Jose Mugrabi.
This is a rare opportunity for true Warhol fans and collectors as this coveted image Pop Art poster is long out of print and very scarce to find. The official " AW " Foundation seal of authenticity is printed on the poster print.
Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, art works, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is credited as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. Glorifying the common as the beautiful. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
The rare out of print lithograph print framed Pop Art poster measures 37 1/4" W X 24 3/4" h X 1 3/8" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern matte brushed brass finish metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
