This 12-sided reticulated basket made by Nymphenburg Schloss Porcelain in the 20th century is from the Kings or Pearl service made for the electoral court around 1792-1795 and designed originally by Dominikus Auliczek.
The original set is still in the possession of the family, and thus any pieces of this design are later copies.
Seven scenes of different views around Castle Nymphenburg are painted onto each side and the bottom. The remaining sides are reticulated and highlighted with gold and royal blue lines, and the blue 'pearls' on the top edge are a nice touch as well.
