With amazing warm color tones and a beautiful geometric pattern design this rug/wall hanging is the epitome of Portuguese Arraiolos needlepoint design.
Maker's label long gone but we were told this 100% wool wall hanging/rug was produced in the mid 1960's.
The warm oatmeal, brown and coral hues are still saturated and vibrant, this piece is truly a handmade work of folk art.
Size is approximately 11'10" x 8'9".
