Description: Very special rustic European small scale antique majolica piece with a cabbage, fig, or grape leaf basket stacked with many … more Very special rustic European small scale antique majolica piece with a cabbage, fig, or grape leaf basket stacked with many life-size black olives. Unmarked, circa late 19th C., or possibly earlier, likely Portuguese or French. Very nice antique condition, though there are a few glaze chips around the edge of the basket rim, and what appears to be a broken ornamental piece down within the basket well. Please see pictures for details.

Would complement cabbageware and lettuceware pieces such as Dodie Thayer beautifully.
