The bowl is decorated with an etched frosted glass scene which is accented with a painted silver and red scene. The bowl features 3 fish one etched the others painted silver and red. It is also decorated with a silver bubble and grass painted scene as well as etched cattails and underwater floral. I have only seen one before and it did not have the matching bowl which you see makes it a piece that tells a story.
