Georg Jensen worked as a silversmith from ca. 1901 – 1904 at Mogens Ballins workshop. Georg Jensens later design was under much influence of Mogens Ballin and the other designers at the workshop. Den danish silversmith continued Ballins workshop in 1907 and changed the name to Hertz-Ballin. Just Andersen was amongst the artist working in Ballins workshop after 1907.
