In creating this artwork, I was inspired by unique character of the magnolia and the delicate white flowers that felt like they were floating on air.

This expressive painting is full of vibrant brushwork or many spaces within the home. The artwork is a piece that could be incorporated into both contemporary and traditional environments and hung either framed or unframed. This was painted on a gallery wrapped canvas and it is a signed original oil painting. The sides of the canvas have been finished so that it can be enjoyed as mentioned earlier either framed or unframed.

Note: This was painted on site at Marquand Park in Princeton, NJ when their magnolias were toward the end of their bloom. It was an awesome spring day to be out and under the "umbrella" of these magnificent trees. less
