Has some wear on the surface for its age. Minor marks on surface consistent with age and use may be visible upon close inspection. No major chips or nicks, but there are small nicks throughout. Some veneer dragging at base of topper and corners and base. One corner marked at bottom credenza with stain to match. See photos and close ups for reference. There is a minor gap between door and edge when closed. The door sits back onto the track at the corners. When setting into place, be sure that base is level to prevent door gaps at edges.
