"Down to the Meadow" framed original oil painting on board by Frank LaLumia. Hand signed by the artist bottom left. Dated, signed and titled on the back. Framed Size: approx. 21" x 18", Image Size: approx. 14" x 11". Circa 2007. Painting appears to be in excellent condition. Frame has some wear. 100 percent guarantee of authenticity. BIO
Frank LaLumia is a nationally recognized painter in both oil and watercolor plein air painting. He is the author of the book "Plen Air Painting in Watercolor and Oil" and is the subject of several instructional books on painting technique. LaLumia's works are held in the permanent collections of the Museum of New Mexico, the Albuquerque Museum, the Americana Museum in El Paso, Texas and the A.R. Mitchell Museum in Colorado. Museum exhibitions include: Yawkey Woodson Art Museum (Wisconsin), D'Amour Museum of Fine Arts (Springfield, MA), Haggin Museum and Pasadena Museum of California Art (California). He is a Signature Member of Plein Air Painters of America (President 2010-2011), American Impressionist Society, American Watercolor Society, Oil Painters of America and the National Watercolor Society. less
