A great 19th century antique American walnut lift top cabinet. The top lifts up to reveal a 2 tiered box. A pitcher would be stored in the deeper right side with the wash basin on the left. For additional storage is a large base cabinet section with paneled doors and original locking key.
We found this in the front hall of a traditional American colonial style home, but it would also work well in a farmhouse kitchen or guest bedroom.
