Fabulous large framed oil on linen by noted plein air artist Carole Cooke.
Featuring a vast golden field dotted with cottonwoods, under a moonlit pale blue sky. Nice brushwork. Professionally framed in a gorgeous warm gold/bronze leaf over a wood frame. Warm and rich.
Measuring 36.75” x 24.75” x 1.75” Signed lower left.
Carole Cooke (1949-) is an acclaimed Colorado-based plein air artist who won the Western Art and Architecture Magazine Award in 2015 and participates in the Western Visions Exhibits at the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson Hole and The Masters of the American West at the Autry National Center in Los Angeles.
