Vintage Hollywood Regency Japanese etched gold controlled eglomise behind glass painted mirror depicting a village scene from an aerial point of view highlighting several pagoda structures among a forest of trees with a distant peaked mountain (possibly Mount Kilimanjaro) with a waterway providing a separation of space. Some scrolling letters in Japanese are found to the right of the scene (translation unknown)
The artwork is subtle yet eye-catching and completed entirely in a gold that appears to be 24k in color. the mirror is framed in a 1" deep brushed gold metal at the sides and 1/4" wide front facing polished gold metal toned simple frame. The frame is already wired en verso and ready to hang
