Vintage: C.1970's Scandinavian-Style, Towle Silversmith Company, teak and silver plate wine bottle holder/cooler. There is a letter "S," engraved on one side. Maker's mark provenance country and Maker's markings is underneath on handle, states, Towle, EP-Germany with a number 3142, but above the Towel name is a crest, assume the foundry that made it in Germany.
