The inscription in Latin, reads: "Vocem meam audi, qui me tangit". Which loosely translated means: "Whoever touches me hears my voice.". Based on our research, this is Catholic church or monastery bell. The bell has a built in ringer and there is a hanging ringer made of dragon/serpent heads.
It is in great condition..
