The paperweight has speckles of orange, green and yellow throughout the glass sculpture. The stem has a nice translucent light brown color to it.

The paperweight is in perfect condition for the wear. The hand blown glass has a few imperfections from the manufacturing process.
The stem is not fully melted to the base, there is a small gap that I can not see, but water gets on the inside when it is washed. The stem is made from two different sections, seen in photograph numbers (6, 9, 10).

The hand blown glass paperweight has a nice array of bubbles on the inside of the glass, the paperweight would look nice in a home study. less
