It is made of … more This Antique French Carved Renaissance Dagobert Walnut Wooden Arm Chair is unique and makes a statement.
It is made of intricately carved walnut wood and dates to the late 1800's. It's been part of my family since the 1880's when it was brought by wagon by my French ancestors from Louisiana to southern Illinois.
It's in lovely condition with wear and a patina consistent with its age. It has a new seat cover. The carving is damaged in the lower front - see close-up photo.
It measures 32.75" tall x 24.75" wide by 19" deep. The seat is 15" high, 17" in depth and 16" in width. less
