This large and extremly heavy bronze model of a fisherman Meiji period (late 19th century), sealed Dai Nihon Genryusai Seiya zo Realistically cast as a fisherman. He should be holding a freshly caught fish from his rod and line, his straw raincoat and creel worn at the waist, standing on rocks in a swirling stream, with greenish patina, signature seal on base. Left hand holding fish has been broken from statue. Selling as found without left hand.YT/LL
