So lovely for al fresco dining and suitable for any seafood or salad course.
Saint-Pol-de-Léon is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany in north-western France, located on the coast and known for its artichokes and oysters.

The service features raised, molded oyster wells outlined in a sponged blue with a sunny yellow inner lining. Hand-painted cherry red flowers are centered in each oyster well. The rims show the same sponged blue treatment.

The serving platter has a dozen wells, the individual plates have seven wells.

The glazing is similar to the traditional colors used in the Quimper region of France - yet entirely modern in feel.
