Maker's mark sticker is indiscernible, and half gone, presumably, it looks like a Made in Japan sticker, as desk, accent and/or decorative pieces made and forged in brass for the Export Market into the U.S. was majority made in Japan, India, Thailand, etc. Good patina, we put slight polish to renew the patina, but leave it to the impending NEW owners, IF they so choose to polish it much more, one diehards do not like to do a such. In great condition for era and use, normal and conducive.
