This Andy Warhol Foundation rare vintage 1993 limited edition lithograph print extra large monumental Pop Art collector's museum poster " Statue of Liberty " 1963, is an incredibly special and unique unusual piece to add to your collection.
The lithograph print Pop Art poster is published by The Any Warhol Museum in an unnumbered limited edition release on the occasion of the inaugural opening of the museum in 1994. Printed in Germany in 1993 by Te Neues Publishing Company with the licensed authorized rights of The Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts. It features an artwork image originally created by Warhol in 1963 titled " Statue of Liberty ".
This is a rare opportunity for true Warhol fans and collectors as this coveted image extra large Pop Art poster is long out of print and very scarce to find. The official " AW " Foundation seal of authenticity is printed on the poster.
Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) is one of the the singularly most well known Contemporary artists of all time. His imagery is recognized worldwide. His infamous life, artworks, and creative endeavors are like no other artist. He is credited as the very first artist to use common everyday objects and view them in a completely different way while paying homage to their role in our society. Glorifying the common as the beautiful. His technique utilizing a silkscreen method combined with hand finishing in a signature palette of vibrant color hues make the work stand on its own and loved by millions.
