What a statement this plate would make on a table or displayed! The glaze and color are phenomenal. The background color of this beauty is a deep cobalt blue that gives a nice depth to the piece. A beautiful one inch accent of gold lace design decorates the rim. The center of the plate has an intricate line and shape forming a beautiful golden cartouche. The edges have been trimmed with gold. There is some gold wear on the edges. There are no chips, but some slight crazing which is hard to see.
Stamped - 'SARREGUEMINES' mark, but difficult to see.
