This Barovier & Toso vintage Mid Century Modernist Murano art glass pistachio green gold leaf fleck Bullicante winged crescent Sommerso bowl vase is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Modernist sculptural style winged crescent shaped vessel is made in Murano Italy of heavyweight hand blown art glass in The Mid Twentieth Century by Barovier & Toso. The pinpoint Bullicante controlled bubble technique is outstanding in the pistcahio green and transparent Sommerso style palette with special gold leaf fleck design details. This decorative bowl is beautiful as a sculptural decorative object, and equally well suited as a vase for an arrangement of fresh flowers.
The Murano art glass crescent bowl measures 8 3/4" W X 2 1/2" D X 4" H. It is in excellent " like new " vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price. less
