Hecker & Co., New York, and Links with the Tennant Company, Active 1900/1935c. A purely iconic design theme, engraved with Greek Key details, over cross angled lines throughout the perimeter edge base and top side lip edging, the Greek key being in raised relief over these diagonal, repetitive lines, and playing off the hammered detail in an overall encompassing pattern, eclectic, yet with a wonderful patina esthetic hand in hand to the components of the design, but let us not forget, the obvious, functionality is simple, classical, traditional, an transitional, into any contemporary genre, era or interior domain, of social culture dining and entertaining. In great condition, with some patine, (perhaps and willing abetter cleaning to the silver, no dings, scratches or imperfections, short of a better cleaning. There is ALSO an engraved Letter to center of the Carafe, indiscernible, could be a letter "B," or "R,". From a Palm Beach Island, Florida Estate. See less
