Very nice Scandinavian desk / boudoir lamp by Carl Harry Stalhane for RORSTRAND, SWEDEN. The lamp is ceramic and labeled on the bottom. It was made to be a lamp and it is not a modified vase. It has four sides, each with a different decoration. The ceramic material is white and is probably a porcelain slip. The glazes are black and brown. The body measures 5.25" x 4.75" x 10.5" to the top of the socket. The lamp requires a clip on shade. The plug may have been converted to a U. S. plug from the European style.
Excellent condition. Danish Modern Style.
