Charming Louis XVI period tilt-top guéridon, hand-crafted in France in the 18th century, having a circular burlwood star pattern marquetry top with satinwood floral foliate and banded inlay, framed by a decorative gilt brass raised gallery, over a hand carved mahogany hexagonal pedestal support, rising on tripod base, accented with brass trim and hardware. circa 1780
