This set of chairs from France each feature curvy carved-wood ladder-style backs, and hand-woven rush seats. These chairs are raised upon shapely carved front legs with a nicely carved stretcher bar between them along the front, and sabre rear legs with a pair of thin, rounded stretcher bars along each side. The wood is soft and golden, a beautiful compliment to the rush seating. Please note that one of the rush seats appears to have been replaced at some point and has a slightly different pattern than the other chairs. This set of French rush-seat chairs would be the perfect dining table accompaniment for a breakfast room or enclosed patio. less
