This is an absolutely INCREDIBLE vintage mid century modern brutalist studio pottery vase! Made of individual strands of ceramic and small thumbprint dots, this is expertly made and just stunning in both form and scale!
It is signed with an incised signature as shown in the closeup, but I am unable to fully decypher it. I believe it to be American, and it was purchased from the estate of a renowned Connecticut art collector.
It measures 12 1/2" tall, 8" wide and 9" deep. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks!
