This wonderful glass was imported into the United States from Southern France where artisans made the glass by hand. Vianne Glass was founded in 1928 by glass artisans in the Bordeaux region of France and was the last remaining glass blowing factory in France. Sadly, the Vianne factory shut down several years ago, making these beautiful French glass lamp shades extremely limited and rare.
