A bouquet of handpainted flowers grace this lovely covered urn from Limoges, France. The background color is a luscious raspberry red. It is signed by the artist, G. Simonnet, both to the left of the bouquet and under the base. The gilding is in remarkable condition with very little wear. There are no chips, cracks or other flaws in this fine example of French porcelain.
