The match box (included) is held in the center tower with the wooden matches being lit on the exposed striking strip while the etched brass bowls on either side serve as ashtrays. Mark on the underside of "China" in western and Asian characters.

The box of Criterion "Impregnated" safety matches are midcentury vintage from the USSR.

Dimensions: vesta / ashtray, 7"W x 3"D x 3"H; matchbox, 2.25"W x 1.25" D x .6"H.

Age appropriate surface wear with authentic patina which we leave to the buyer to retain or polish. Ding in ashtray bowl (as shown). Matchbox exhibits paper wear and contains only 1 match.
