Description: Vintage MCM hand forged brass and rosewood 30 piece flatware set with display / carry case, made in Siam. This … more Vintage MCM hand forged brass and rosewood 30 piece flatware set with display / carry case, made in Siam. This large set includes: 1 large meat carving knife, 1 large meat carving fork, 1 large curved knife, 1 large ladle spoon, 1 large cake knife, 1 large serving spoon, 1 large serving fork, 1 large serving spoon with scalloped edges, 6 dining knives, 6 dining forks, 5 dining spoons , and 5 smaller dining spoons. Each piece is marked "SIAM" which lets us know this set is mid century and was made in the time frame of when Thailand was Siam. Each piece of flatware in this large serving set is well made and ornate with rosewood handles and brass bodies and detailing. On the end of each handle, in the brass area, there is a high repousse buddha motif. The set comes in it's Solingen carrying storage / case for safe keeping. The lock codes on the case have not been set, so you will be able to create a locking code if you wish. The set is functional as well as ornate and will add a unique flair to your next meal.
