A dramatic and detailed brown printed earthenware platter with a central image of a large triple tiered fountain placed in the middle of a pool, surrounded by full leafy trees. A pair of figures stand in the mid-ground with domed buildings and mountains visible in the distance under a clouded sky. The scalloped rim has a floral and scrolled border.
Marked: A scrolled cartouche, E. Wood & Sons, with the pattern name.
