Lamp has their maker's mark next to the outlet. Lamp has been professionally rewired for 3-way light bulbs. We added a 3" brass neck with hi-quality brass hardware to modernize it. Ceramic portion is 17.5" high and 12" diameter. Total height from base to the top of socket is 21.5". Lamp shade is not included. See less
