Double walled with a removable porcelain interior pitcher to keep the cold in and contain condensation (to remove, unscrew the knobs at the top of the heads to remove the upper bit). Reed & Barton, marked on the inside protector lip and on the base, patent for this insulator 1850s, updated 1872. See less
