Gorgeous, soft wool fabric with minimal signs of wear. There is a small (1”) chip on the lacquered wood at the base on the lower left (facing) side of the chair. It is not very noticeable, but please refer to photo for more details. There are a few scuffs on the front of the lacquered armrests. This a result of light wear. less
