Description: This is even more stunning in person! Large round unique hand painted and crafted porcelain plate depicting 16th century women … more This is even more stunning in person! Large round unique hand painted and crafted porcelain plate depicting 16th century women lounging around a stream of water on a beautiful afternoon. The details are so intricate starting with the gold filigree pattern around the rim and inside edge of the plate to the clothing the women are wearing and followed by the flowers, trees and castle. Background is close to a soft blue with varying shades of gold, red, brown, green and blue. This was purchased in the United States. The artist is unknown but reflects a makers mark on the bottom.
Shallow bowl comes ready to hang OR can be placed on a table as a centerpiece. Measures 22 and 1/8" round and about 3" Depth. Excellent condition..
